You retain ownership of the chemical structures and documents you create using MolChart. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

MolChart and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MolChart and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. MolChart uses OpenChemLib for chemical structure processing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MolChart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Chemical structure data should be verified independently for critical applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

MolChart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
